She served as a reporter and fill-in anchor at KCBS-TV / KCAL-TV prior to joining the KTLA news team. From the death of Anna Nicole Smith in Miami to the massive earthquake that struck Hawaii in 2006, she covered everything while there. She was also the only one from L.A. Reporter to execute Skylar Deleon’s jailhouse interview after he was accused of murdering a couple from Newport Beach.
Throughout her career, Mary Beth even spent a great amount of time in New York. “She was the weekend anchor at News 12 Long Island, where she also hosted” Ad Issue “and” Reporter Roundtable “weekly news talk shows. She was out pounding the streets as a general assignment reporter and putting together blockbuster investigative series when she was not behind the anchor desk at the 24-hour news station.
