In January 2023, Alario revealed that Shep Rose, a Southern Charm reality star, hit on her when she appeared on the January 23rd episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. She said that she did not know what he was thinking at the time because she had no experience working in “geriatric work or senior care.”
Alario said that she told his then-girlfriend, Taylor Ann, about the incident after it happened through a DM on Instagram. Also, she said that she’d want the same courtesy returned if her boyfriend was behaving the same elsewhere.
Shep, on the other hand, has not commented on Alario’s claims. However, he did say that he does not remember what happened after it was revealed that he tried to kiss an unknown employee of Leva Bonaparte at Republic Garden & Lounge during the Southern Charm SN 8 reunion.
