Reportedly, they were eating dinner with two friends once when Andrews’ ex came to greet her. Fassbender got angry over that and drove her car at high speeds while yelling at her. She finally got him to stop the car after fearing for her life and tried to take the keys off the ignition. However, he started driving with her hand still in the car. He later stopped when he realized that she couldn’t walk. He got out of the car and carried her to the car as her friends pulled up behind them. As a result, she twisted her left ankle, blew out her left kneecap, and burst an ovarian cyst.

The next morning she checked on him to find him sleeping in urine and when she tried to wake him he violently threw her over a chair, leading to a broken nose.
Andrews filed a restraining order against him in Los Angeles County in March 2010. The restraining order required him to stay at least 100 yards away from her, and her then-18-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Further, she demanded attorneys’ fees, almost $24,000 to pay her medical bills which were caused by him. She also requested that he attend a 52-week batterer intervention program.

When the events came to light, Fassbender’s parents defended him and said that he was not a violent person rather he was gentle. Also, they said that all of the accusations were fabricated. He on the other hand didn’t comment on the issue.
