Michael Schwartz is an American award-winning reporter working for WKBW-TV as a reporter. Before joining the station, he worked as a morning feature reporter at 13WHAM ABC in Rochester.

Schwartz attended John. F. Kennedy High School and graduated in 2012. While in high school, he was hired as a salesman at Vector Marketing from May 2011 to September 2011. After that, he joined Crestwood Country Day Camp as a Counselor for three months. After that, Michael enrolled at Ithaca College in 2012 where he received a minor in Journalism and a Bachelor’s Degree in Television and Radio in 2016. During his period there, he worked at Ithaca’s Roy H. Park School of Communications as a radio and sports presenter.
In September 2013, Schwartz accepted a position as a co-host at WICB 91.7 FM. In addition to working at WICB 91.7 FM, he also served as an intern at ABC News from June 2013 to January 2014. Later on, he moved from ABC News to NBC Sports working there as a Winter Olympics intern for two months.
