Mike Berman is an American journalist working for NBC Chicago as a sports reporter and anchor since joining the station in August 2016. Before joining the station, he worked for CBS4 Indy in Indianapolis, Indiana as a sports anchor for nearly two years.

Berman studied at the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri after completing his high school education at Glenbrook North High School. In 2006, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. During his time in college, he served KOMU (NBC) as a sports reporter, producer, and anchor. Also, he worked as a PA announcer for the Missouri Baseball team.

Through his sports journalism work, he has witnessed some major sports events in the U.S.A. Moreover, he has broadcasted the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, World Series, College World Series, Indy 500, Men’s and Women’s Final Four, and numerous bowl games.
