Monica Aldama is an American cheerleading coach and Television personality who is known for being the coach of the co-ed cheerleading team at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. Since the year 2000, Aldama’s squads have won 14 NCA National Championships in their division, in addition to 5 Grand National Championships. Grand National status is bestowed on the team with the highest overall score in that year’s competition.

Aldama graduated from Corsicana High School, Aldama enrolled at Tyler Junior College, where she joined the cheerleading squad. She subsequently moved to the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a B.B.A. in Finance from McCombs School of Business and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.
