He is also known for serving Indianapolis Colts as an offensive coordinator for 2 years (2018-2020). Additionally, he is known for serving Kansas City Chiefs and San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers as an assistant coach.
When coming to his education, he is a proud 1999 graduate of Southwestern Central High School in West Ellicott, New York. He is also a graduate of the University of Mount Union. During his spare time, he likes rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers, a team he grew up cheering on.

In the year 2009, Sirianni was introduced to the National Football League (NFL) after being interviewed by Todd Haley (the Chiefs’ head coach). He was ultimately hired as the offensive quality control coach of the Chicago Bears, where Todd was a wide receivers coach. There he was under coach Romeo Crennel and after some time, he earned a promotion to wide receivers coach in Romeo’s only season as the Kansas City Chiefs head coach. However, he wasn’t retained under Andy Reid (the new head coach).

In the year 2018, Sirianni was hired by Indianapolis Colts head coach “Reich” as an offensive coordinator. Sirianni served the team for 3 years and over the course, he had various starting quarterbacks every year. He worked with Philip Rivers, Jacoby Brissett, and Andrew Luck. He began serving as the wide receivers coach in the year 2016.

Sirianni assembled a young staff of coaches such as Shane Steichen (offensive coordinator) and Jonathan Gannon (defensive coordinator), who had worked with him earlier. In the year 2022, Bruce Arians (Buccaneers coach) walked out slowly to midfield after Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Philadelphia Eagles (31-15) (couched by Sirianni) in the 2022 NFL playoffs Sunday’s wild-card round. Bruce limped while moving to the midfield as a result of an Achilles injury. He also wanted to meet his counterpart Sirianni for the postgame handshake “as usual” but it happened to be that Sirianni was nowhere to be seen! – he did not show up to greet Bruce. Sirianni tested positive for coronavirus in the year 2021 and this made him clear the National Football League’s testing protocol and return to the NovaCare Complex. He however got vaccinated and got into isolation, and after some time he recovered. Apparently, Sirianni has never been diagnosed with any other disease. There will be an update as soon as any information about his sickness is available in the limelight.

In January 2023, Sirianni sat down at his postgame press conference with his kids. In the conference, his daughter Taylor went viral – a new star of the show! She did her best impression of her dad Sirianni, finishing with a series of hand gestures, as her dad discussed the game and the success of his team. The reaction of Taylor to getting caught in the act after her dad had to switch from his coach role to his dad role and do his best to get his daughter to stop, was utterly priceless!
Also, Taylor and her siblings looked uninterested in hearing their dad’s topic about football. They were bored to the fact that they actually tried to egg each other on before daddy nipped any further antics in the bud. All of these behaviors went viral and fans began making jokes out of them.
