Olivia Jaquith Biography
Olivia Jaquith is an American journalist working for WRGB as a morning anchor since she was promoted in January 2025. She joined the station in April 2024 as a weekend anchor and morning reporter. Previously, she worked as a reporter and traffic anchor for NBCUniversal’s station in Miami, Florida.

Jaquith joined Marist College in New York’s Hudson Valley in 2013 after finishing her studies at Niskayuna High School. In 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism with a minor in Spanish.
While in college, Jaquith interned with CBS6’s sports department and ran track for the Red Foxes. Additionally, she had long soccer and track careers for the Niskayuna schools. She continued running by completing the TCS New York City Marathon in 2022.

Before working in Miami, Jaquith worked for 8News as an investigative reporter in Richmond, Virginia. While in Virginia, she won an Edward R. Murrow award for Overall Excellence with the 8News team and the Virginia Associated Press Broadcasters’ Best Continuing News Story Award for her broadcast of the November 2022 mass shooting at the University of Virginia. Additionally, she had a one-on-one exclusive interview with Vice President Kamala Harris in May 2023 when she visited Richmond.
Jaquith worked as a morning anchor in Elmira, New York, and as a production assistant for USA/Syfy networks and the 2018 Olympic Winter Games at NBCUniversal in New York City. She is happy to return to her hometown and share the stories of those in the Capital Region.
