Orlando Brown is an American actor, rapper, and singer who is best known for his roles as Eddie in That’s So Raven, Tiger in Major Payne, 3J in Family Matters, and Max in Two of a Kind. He is also known for Dobbs in Max Keeble’s Big Move, Damey Wayne in the short-lived Waynehead, and Frankie in Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off.

His roles as a child actor included Tiger in Major Payne and Nelson on The Jamie Foxx Show. Brown also did the voice of Sticky Webb on the animated TV series The Proud Family, and the lead character, Cornelius Fillmore, on the animated show Fillmore! In 1998, Brown co-starred with Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen as Max in Two of a Kind.

Brown was charged with battery of a spouse, resisting a police officer, and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Barstow Jail on the same day.

On June 5, 2018, he was arrested for a fourth time in Las Vegas after the police witnessed him walking in and out of an area motel with high prostitution and illegal drug activity. Brown was stopped but refused to cooperate and was thus cuffed. He was found to have possessed bags of drugs that were identified as crack cocaine. He was booked on felony narcotics possession, misdemeanor, drug paraphernalia, and resisting a police officer.

Brown was arrested for a fifth time on September 2, 2018, after breaking into his friend’s restaurant and trying to change the locks.

On December 21, 2018, an episode of Dr. Phil aired focusing on Orlando Brown, who appeared confused and delusional. Brown claimed that he was four years sober, that Michael Jackson was his father, and that his full name is Orlando Brown Prince Michael Jackson, Jr.
