Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos shared pictures of himself and Schreiber, asking the actor if he is ever told that they look alike.
The 40-year-old Canadian-American has played in series such as ‘The Wire’ and ‘Orange Is the New Black’.
“Schreiber, how are you? I’m Sergio Ramos, a Spanish professional soccer player,” he wrote.
“I don’t know if you get it much, but I receive lots of messages every day telling me that we look like each other.
“What do you think? Nice to meet you, brother!”
A movie fan himself, Ramos is collaborating with Amazon to release a documentary series focused on his life on and off the pitch.
