Also, she reported broadly on the rescue of Gina DeJesus, Michelle Knight, and Amanda Berry, the three ladies who were imprisoned in a Cleveland home for a decade or more. This is a story that clings to her up to this very date.
After working a couple of years in Cleveland, she moved to Pittsburgh for more anchor opportunities. There, she picked up a passion for yoga and became a yoga instructor. She went on to report at the NBS affiliate in Philadelphia for five and a half years where there was no shortage of big breaking news to cover. She reported on all stories from a presidential inauguration to an Eagles Superbowl win to our changing world due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
