Phil Price Biography
Phil Price is an American meteorologist working for KOKI FOX 23 as a meteorologist and executive producer of investigations since joining the station in June 2012. Previously, he worked for KTUL in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as an assignment editor, weather producer, and meteorologist for a decade.

Phil studied at Tulsa Public Schools before relocating to Catoosa in 7th grade, where he graduated in 1993. He then joined the University of Arkansas, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Geography, emphasizing Climatology in 1998.
While in college, he was a member of 10 NCAA Championship Cross Country/Track and Field Teams, obtaining 7 NCAA All-American honors. In 2004, he obtained his Broadcast Meteorology degree at Mississippi State University.

Even though he was only 9 years old, he understood that the weather was his calling.
During his senior year in high school, Price once again experienced the effect of Oklahoma’s volatile weather, watching as an F-4 tornado tore through his hometown, leaving homes and his high school in ruins. After graduating from college, he participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials, making the final in the men’s 5000m run.
