Rachel Coulter is an American meteorologist working for WBTV as a meteorologist since joining the station in September 2021. Previously, she worked in Jackson, Mississippi at WBTV’s sister station, WLBT, for three years.

Coulter joined Millersville University when she finished her high school education. In 2015, she graduated with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Meteorology. While in college, she played on the women’s basketball team for a few years. While in college, she held internships at WRAL and WGAL and served the student-run show, Weather Watch.
