Rachel Hargrove is an American Yacht Chef, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Tv personality who is best known for starring on Below Deck. She is a cosmopolitan yacht chef with an extensive repertoire of culinary skills. 

Although Hargrove is predominantly self-taught, she attended the Culinary Institute of America and held an apprenticeship at the Michelin-starred restaurant Quatro Passi in Nerano, Italy. Rosbach was among cast members of Below Deck Season 8 which premiered on Monday, November 2, 2022, at 9/8c. This season marked the first time the series cruised around the Caribbean since Season 5. “It’s been years since I’ve been in the Caribbean, and I’ve missed the hell out of it. In Season 8, Captain Lee returned to one of his favorite places to sail, the Caribbean, but after a challenging time and the retirement of his chief Stewardess (Kate Chastain), he yearned for some familiarity and found solace with his old friend Bosun Eddie Lucas. Captain Lee wasn’t the only Below Deck OG on the yacht in the season. Eddie Lucas, who appeared as part of the deck team in Seasons 1 through 3, was back and served as bosun.
