Regina Hall Biography
Regina Hall (full name – Regina Lee Hall) is an American Actress who is best known for appearing in “Scary Movie” (comedy horror series). She is also known for appearing in other films like “Law & Order,” “Black Monday,” “The Best Man,” “About Last Night,” “The Best Man Holiday,” “Little,” “Girls Trip,” “Vacation,” and “The Hate U Give.”
Hall earned critical acclaim for “Support the Girls” (2018) (comedy film). She also became the 1st African-American to earn the N.Y. Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actress. In November 2010, she made announcements that she would start work as a writer for ABILITY Magazine. Hall became the ambassador for Elizabeth Taylor’s White Diamonds in the year 2014. During her leisure, she likes to volunteer for senior citizens’ care at a Sherman Oaks, CA, convalescent home (actually she does it twice a week).
Hall made her 1st debut TV appearance in the year 1977 when she was 26 years old. She started her TV career with a role on “Loving” (soap opera) and a guest appearance on “New York Undercover” (a Fox police drama). She became more noticed with her role in “Scary Movie” (comedy-horror-spoof), as well as “Disappearing Acts” (television film).
He began a recurring role (Coretta Lipp) at “Ally McBeal” (prime-time drama). There she recurred for 7 episodes and starred as the main character in season 5.
