Rick Dickert is an American Meteorologist/Reporter working with FOX 11 Los Angeles serving the station as a FOX 11 Morning News and Good Day LA. She provides the weather, traffic, and breaking news from SkyFOX.

Dickert works with FOX 11 Los Angeles where he serves the station as a Morning News and Good Day LA as a traffic, weather, and breaking news anchor. The year 2000 saw him earn a Golden Mike Award for best traffic reporter in Los Angeles. Asides from this, he has accumulated a number of Emmys for his segment on Good Day LA. He kick-started his career working at KKTV as an intern in 1990. Dickert was previously hired as a production assistant and went on to help launch the FOX 11 Morning News and Good Day LA in the year 1993.

He kick-started his on-air career in the month of January 1998 working as a weekend meteorologist for KEYT, an ABC affiliate station in Santa Barbara. He joined the FOX 11 Morning News and Good Day LA teams in April 2005 after serving three years working as a weekend weather anchor at FOX. Dickert attended San Jose State University and UCLA studying meteorology. He was privileged to be elected as a full member of the American Meteorological Society(AMS) and is recognized as a meteorologist by the organization.
