Tellez is an Anchor/Reporter at FOX 32 News in Chicago. She attended the University of Southern California where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism. Prior to joining FOX 32, Tellez had spent 15 years as a reporter and morning news anchor for WBBM CBS 2 Chicago. She had previously spent 14 years in various roles at Tribune’s WGN-TV from 1995-2004, serving as an anchor.
Before that, she was a general assignment reporter at WTLV-TV in Jacksonville, Florida. Tellez started her career in broadcasting at KQTV in St. Joseph, Missouri as an anchor and general assignment reporter. On February 21, 2019, it was announced that Roseanne has joined WFLD-TV as the early morning weekday news anchor. Her first day on FOX 32 was on Monday, March 4, 2019. When she is not working, Tellez works in the fight against muscular dystrophy, even hosting the local Muscular Dystrophy Association’s annual telethon.
