Roxanne Elias is an American journalist working for KXTV ABC10 as a bilingual multi-skilled journalist since joining the station in July 2022. Previously, she worked for WTOL 11 in Toledo, Ohio, as a bilingual multi-skilled journalist for more than 2 years.

Elias joined Middle Tennessee State University in 2003 after finishing her high school education. In 2009, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Spanish and Theatre. During college, she was involved with the Panhellenic Association, Kappa Delta Sorority, and was a reporter for Middle Tennessee Television (MTTV).

She has had the chance to try her hand at everything, from off-screen to interviewing mothers of homicide victims. Also, she helped broadcast news stories along the U.S.-Mexico border with reporters assigned in Tijuana.

Elias secured her first on-air job in Rochester, Minnesota, where she served the ABC affiliate as a reporter. While in Rochester, she broadcast crime, local politics, and breaking news. She then relocated to Toledo, Ohio, where she was a reporter covering the growing Latino community.
