Russ Riesinger is an American journalist working for KTVQ as an evening anchor since joining the station in 2018. Most recently, he worked for WTOC as an anchor from 4:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. He came to Savanna in 2004 after working as an anchor in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Charleston.

Riesinger joined the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 1987 when he finished his high school education at Billings Senior High School. Also, he was present when the Kansas City Royals clinched the 1985 World Series and reported on the G-8 Summit in 2004. Moreover, he broadcasted hurricanes, presidential campaigns, and terrible crimes. Above all, he enjoys broadcasting positive stories that talk about good people.
His love for broadcasting when he was very young. As a child, he would surf stations on his AM transistor radio till he fell asleep or his mother made him turn off.
