Ryan Marando is an American meteorologist working for WHIO as a weekend morning meteorologist since joining the station in June 2024. Previously, he served WGXA in Macon, Georgia, for 2 years.

Marando joined Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, in August 2018 after finishing his high school education. In May 2022, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology.
While in college, he interned at Spectrum News 13 in Orlando, where he discovered what hard work and fun TV meteorology can be. He was also named the Meteorology Student of the Year.
