Scott Eisberg is an American journalist working for ABC4 as the sports director since he was promoted in November 2013. He joined the station in May 2007 as a sports anchor and reporter. Since January 2025, he has been an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston, where he teaches Comm 336 “Electronic Sports storytelling and journalism. Previously, he worked as a weekend sports anchor and reporter at WOLO in Columbia, South Carolina.

In 2017, 2019, and 2019, he won the National Sports Media Association’s S.C. Sportscaster of the Year Award. The readers of the Charleston City Paper have voted him as Best Sportscaster in the Lowcountry in 2011, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Over the course of his career at ABC News 4, Eisberg has broadcast major national sports events like the Gamecocks in the NCAA Basketball Final Four, Clemson in four NCAA Football National Championship Games, and the College of Charleston in the NCAA Tournament.
