Scott Elnes is an American journalist and meteorologist working for KBNZ as an anchor and meteorologist. He joined the station in February 2020. From November 2010 to August 2022, he owned Mobile Age Media. Previously, he worked for Flick Five Films in Bend, Oregon as a production manager.

Elnes joined Eastern Washington University in 1985 after he completed his high school education at Mercer Island High School. In 1990, he graduated with a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies. From 1995 to 1996, he studied Music Production and Performance at Musicians Institute. In 2007, he received his Bachelor Of Science degree in Meteorology from Mississippi State’s Meteorology program.
