Simone Missick is an American television and film actress who made her major breakthrough through the Marvel series Luke Cage and The Defenders where she played the role of Misty Knight. She is a cast member of the 3rd season of All Rise which will premiere on June 7, 2022, on OWN.

All Rise is an American legal drama television series that first premiered on CBS on September 23, 2019. The series revolves around the personal lives of judges, public defenders, and prosecutors, who are in a Los Angeles courthouse. However, after running for two seasons, the series was canceled in May 2021 and later picked up by the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in September.
