Stef Manchen is an American journalist working for KJRH as a multimedia journalist on 2 News since joining the station in October 2023. Previously, she worked for News-Press NOW in St. Joseph, Missouri, as a morning news anchor.

Manchen joined the University of Kansas William Allen White School of Journalism in 2018 after finishing her education at Fenwick High School. In 2022, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism. While in college, she worked as the vice president of Operations of Kappa Delta sorority.
