Steve Irvin is an American Emmy award-winning journalist and anchor who was working for ABC15 News at 6 and 10 pm. He had been working at the news desk for almost 30 years now since joining the team in 2002 as a morning anchor/reporter.

From political conventions in Los Angeles to a terrorist attack at the Pentagon, he has even followed our troops as they keep the peace in Bosnia. Despite those travels, he added, the best stories are always right in his own backyard. He was constantly amazed at the strength and courage of everyday people. “It’s one of the great joys of this job the privilege of telling stories.”
