Before joining KMOV-TV in October 2021, El Khoury worked for KARK 4 in Little Rock, Arkansas as an investigative reporter. As an investigative reporter, she uncovered exclusive reports including the increasing use of PIT maneuvers by Arkansas State Police which ended badly. She served the station for three years and six months from April 2018 to September 2021. Previously, Susan spent nearly four years working for WILX-TV as an anchor and reporter.
She started her career as a multimedia journalist at Medill News from January 2013 to August 2013. Earlier, El Khoury served as a chronicle intern at WCVB-TV in Boston from September 2011 to December 2011. Prior to working for WCVB-TV, she worked as a production intern at BPI Boston Productions from May 2011 to August 2011. In addition to working at BPI Boston Productions, she was a marketing and operations intern at WGBH-TV.
