Tamica Lee is an American journalist and reality TV personality best known for appearing in Bravo TV’s Southern Charm New Orleans and co-hosting WGNO’s Good Morning New Orleans. She will serve as the host of OWN’s Ready to Love: Make a Move. Ready to Love: Make a Move premiered on October 13, 2023, at 8/7c on OWN. She previously served WGNO as co-host of Good Morning New Orleans.

A die-hard Saints fan, Lee has close ties to the organization. Her later father served the New Orleans Saints as a cornerback from 1971 to 1976. Since high school, she performed at New Orleans Saints games in several halftime shows. From 2001 to 2005, she worked on the cheerleading team”, the New Orleans Saintsations” of the New Orleans Saints. Previously, she worked for the New Orleans Saintsations as an Appearance Team coordinator. Also, she closely works with Sonny, her brother, on his non-profit mentorship foundation, Son of A Saint, established in honor of their father.

After graduating college, she was offered to work at a company specializing in large-scale sporting occasions. While there, she taught hundreds of high school dancers and coordinated logistics. Lee traveled globally and worked on numerous Super Bowl pregame programs with huge talent from the entertainment world.

Lee got her first big break in local news when she attained the chance to serve the CBS affiliate WWL as a morning show traffic anchor. In 2017, she relocated to WGNO where she co-hosted “News with a Twist” alongside Lebron “LBJ” Joseph, Susan Roesgen, and Curt Sprang.
