Thad Brown Biography
Thad Brown is an American journalist working for WROC as the sports director since he was promoted in June 2016. Before that, he served the station as a weekend sports anchor and reporter for 9 years. He joined the station in August 2000 as a sports anchor and reporter, a position he held for 7 years. Previously, he served WBNG TV 12 in Binghamton, New York, for a year.

Brown joined Aquinas Institute after finishing his high school education. He graduated in August 1994 and joined Hofstra University. In May 1998, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in TV Productions(Communications).
