Aquino began his career in theater in 2005 with a role in O Grande Circo Místico. He debuted in film in 2013 with an appearance in Tatuagem. In the same year, he also wrote and produced his first solo project dubbed Processo de Tudo based on Nelson Rodriguez’s book “Nao se pode amar a ser Feliz ao mesmo Tempo.”
In 2014, he musically debuted Chico Buarque’s “Opera de Malandro” and “Gonzagoa- A Lenda.” He debuted in the film industry with an appearance in “Urbanos.” For his work in Todos os Mortos, he received the Best Supporting Actor Award in 2020 at the Gramado Festival.
