Burner is one of the 13 queens competing in season 13 of the long-running competition series RuPaul’s Drag Race. Casting for the thirteenth season was announced on December 2, 2019, via YouTube and Twitter. On January 24, 2020, the casting call closed. On August 20, 2020, it was announced the thirteenth season had been ordered by VH1.

This season features the first trans man to appear on the show, Gottmik, while the upcoming second season of Drag Race UK features two non-binary queens. The 13 queens are set to hit the runway and compete for the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar.” Season 13 is set to premiere on January 1, 2021, at 8 PM ET/PT on VH1 and will simulcast on The CW, MTV, MTV2, PopTV, and Logo.
