Walid Phares is an American Foreign Policy Expert, Author, Professor, Advisor, and conservative/scholar political pundit known for FOX News commentary and for being the presidential campaign adviser of Donald Trump and Mitt Romney in the years 2016 and 2012, respectively.

Phares is also known for working as a commentator on the Middle East and terrorism for NBC for 3 years (2003 – 2006). He has been a FOX commentator since the year 2007. Phares has been working for Newsmax Media, Inc. as a Foreign Policy Analyst since April 2022. Since the year 2008, he has been serving the Transatlantic Parliamentary Group in Washington as the Co-Secretary General.
