Kellie Burns is an American anchor working for WBBH-TV serving as an anchor. She joined the station in 1994 working as a reporter before later being promoted to a weekend anchor.

Throughout her career, Kellie has covered multiple news including the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, and the change in Cuba between the Republican National Conventions and Democratic. Her remarkable reports include the story of Hurricane Ian where she guided the community against the Hurricane and its aftermath which earned her the “Best News Anchor”. In May 2022, Burns was recognized and honored with the prestigious Silver Circle Award from the Suncoast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
In addition to this, Kellie has also been awarded numerous awards including two Emmy nominations and regional Edward R. Murrow awards. Apart from working as a journalist, Burn is a supporter of various communities such as Kids Minds Matter, The Heights Foundation, and Golisano Children’s Hospital. She also works at the Uncommon Friends Foundation and Canterbury School where she serves as an executive board.
