Alex Seymore Biography
Alex Seymore is an American meteorologist working for WRDE NBC Coast as a multimedia journalist and meteorologist since joining the station in October 2017. Previously, he worked as a member of the WBOC Storm Tracker Weather Team. From January 2010 to December 2017, he worked for Delmar Weather in Newark, New Jersey as the owner, content creator, and weather forecaster for 8 years.

Seymore joined the University of Delaware in 2013 when he finished his studies at Delmar High School. In May 2017, he graduated with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Meteorology and Climatology. He initially pursued an environmental science degree but later switched majors when the school started the meteorology/climatology program.
Upon graduation, he became one of the first graduating class of meteorologists in the school. During college, he collaborated with the Delaware State Climatologist to research the hugest snowstorms that hit the Delmarva Peninsula.
