Pencek relocated to Florence where he served WPDE as a sports reporter and anchor. He then served Bank of America as an AVP Learning Consultant for more than a decade. Next, he worked for Sallie Mae as a credit operations compliance analyst. In 2011, he co-authored “The Great Book of Penn State Sports Lists” with his brother, David.
Pencek served DE FOX Sports 1290 in Wilmington as the lead radio play-by-play from 2012 to 2015. In this role, he provided a play-by-play for “The Friday Night High School Football Game of the Week.” During his last two years at FOX Sports 1290, he worked as the studio host during the University of Delaware Football radio broadcasts. Further, he called the action for the Blue Hens men’s and women’s basketball teams.
