Also, she assisted her team in attaining an Associated Press Award for breaking news for an active shooter on the beach. Initially, she pursued a medical career and studied medicine.

However, this changed after she interned with Joy Bauer, Today Show’s health contributor. She enjoys a good cup of coffee, running, yoga, and spending time with her dog and cat. Excited to explore the Pittsburgh restaurant scene, she also enjoys Pirates, Penguins, and Steelers games.
