Anna Wiernicki is an American Correspondent working with KX News(Nexstar Media Group) where she serves the station as a Washington Correspondent in the nation’s capital. She has been working with Nexstar Media since May 2017.
There, she covers the state Congressional delegation and the Federal government stories that affect the Washington area. She was previously working at Austin, Texas, where she worked for about two years as he statewide political reporter. Asides from this, she was also working as a reporter for KAMC News in Lubbock.
After working for about three years in Lone Star, she is happy to be back in Washington. Anna is a proud graduate of George Washington University where she graduated in the month of May 2014 with a degree in political science and a minor in journalism and mass communications. Away from the newsroom, she also enjoys catching up by traveling, visiting family in her hometown, The Woodlands, Texas, and oo on politics.
