Prior to his relocating to Richmond, he tenured at the CBS affiliate in Champaign, Illinois serving for 6 years. He began as a part-time camera operator and worked his way up to the weekday morning anchor. There he also earned an Emmy nomination.
Antoine was born in Tobago and Trinidad, where at the age of ten he migrated to the U.S. with his family, and New Jersey’s been home ever since. He later pursued Bowling Green State University in Ohio to further his education after graduating from Saint Anthony High School.
He also tenured as an intern at CBS in Los Angeles, California while he was a college student. There he featured several shows including Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and Entertainment Tonight. He further states that his coverages are a lifetime experience. Additionally, Antoine is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated. Later in 2009, he graduated with a minor in Ethnic Studies and a degree in Telecommunications.
