Hinson serves as the co-anchor of 11 News at 5 p.m. alongside Andre Hepkins and co-anchor of 11 News at 10 p.m. She also covers breaking news and other stories for 11 News at 11 p.m. She worked for TV stations all across Lubbock, Texas, and West Palm Beach, Florida. Ever since she started her journalism career, she has managed to enclose several major stories including the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, and has appeared as a guest on the Steve Harvey Show.
Hinson went to Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania where she attained her bachelor’s degree. Whenever she is not working, she enjoys serving her community and doing community service, being involved in numerous organizations like Best Buddies and Special Olympics Maryland.
