Theo Hayes is an American anchor and reporter working for WBAL-TV 11News. She joined the station in October 2017 as a reporter and weekend morning anchor.

Hayes serves as the anchor of the Live Desk on 11 News Today on weekday mornings and 11 News at Noon on weekdays. She previously WMBF News where she served as the morning reporter and anchor. During her time here, she enclosed high-profile cases and stories including the murder of Brittanee Drexel, the disappearance of Heather Elvis, and the devastation left behind by Hurricane Matthew in October 2016.
Before she joined WMBF News, she worked for 6News Lawrence, Kan where she served as the 6 p.m. anchor. In addition to this, she also worked for KLBK/KAMC in Lubbock, Texas, and WVTV in Milwaukee where she served as a reporter. Furthermore, she spent several months working for KNBC and LACityView where she served as a freelance reporter.
Hayes went to the University of Illinois in Champaign where she attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism. Whenever she is not working, she enjoys traveling and trying out different restaurants. She also loves spending her free time with her family and friends.
