After that, she enrolled at Oklahoma State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sports Media in 2016. Prior to joining WOIO-TV, Baillie served as a sports anchor and reporter at WBAY-TV in Green Bay, Wisconsin. While there, she covered every major sports event that took place in Green Bay from April 2019 to June 2021.
Baillie began her broadcasting career at Nexstar Media Group where she served as a general assignment reporter from May 2016 to July 2016. After that, she secured a position as a sports reporter before later being promoted to sports anchor. As a sports anchor, she worked for the station from July 2016 to March 2019. On top of this, Burmaster also worked for the United Rugby League as a sideline reporter and for women’s college soccer as a commentator.
Burmaster previously served as a video production intern at the Orange Power Studios in Stillwater, Oklahoma. While there, she created video packages, edited athletic footage, and delivered sports events. Before that, Baillie worked for KCBD News Channel 11 as an intern from June 2015 to July 2015.
