Bethany Miller is an American journalist working for WGAL as the sports director on News 8 since joining the station in March 2024. Previously, she was the sports director at KOAT 7, WGAL’s sister station in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Miller joined the University of Alabama after finishing her high school education. Later, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Film. During her time in college, she was an intern at WVUA 23 News for 3 years.
During her internship at WVUA 23, Miller held several positions in the newsroom, including producer, reporter, and sports anchor. Her favorite memory was broadcasting Alabama Football’s 2018 National Championship run.
