Bree spent nearly 16 hours every day on the ground following the devastating Oklahoma tornado outbreak of May 2013. While there, she brought countless live reports covering the damage left behind and the victims killed by the Moore tornado. Moreover, she was the only person to get an interview with the wife of Sentinel Police Chief Louis Ross after he was shot four times raiding a house in an attempt to catch a bomb threat suspect. The story and interview went on to receive national attention.
She also covered the trial of the three Oklahoma teens accused of shooting and killing Australian baseball player Chris Lane. The trial and crime gained worldwide attention. When she is not reporting, she likes hiking or rock climbing. Her favorite movie is “Free Solo”.
