Brett Anthony is an American meteorologist who has been working for KYTX as the chief meteorologist since joining the station in December 2020. Previously, he worked as a meteorologist for KCTV 5 in Kansas City.
Brett Anthony Education
Anthony joined Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in 1983 when he finished his education at Downers Grove North High School. In 1987, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio-TV. He then furthered his studies at Western Kentucky University, where he studied Meteorology from 1995 to 1997.

During his time as a chief meteorologist in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Anthony tracked a devastating EF-4 tornado outside Kansas City in May 2019, playing a crucial role as a part of the Integrated Warning Team. Their forecasts that day prevented deaths and informed people of impending danger.
