Brian Jackson is an American Anchor working for FOX 13 News in Seattle serving the station as an Evening News Anchor since October 2022. Prior to this, he was working with WTXL-TV/ABC27 News in Tallahassee, Florida where he serves the station as a Morning Show Anchor. He worked with the station from August 2019 till September 2022.

It was around sixth or seventh grade that Brian Jackson was introduced to a local sportscaster. He has been learning that he got paid to attend Chicago Bulls games and talking to Michael Jordan was a mind-blowing experience. Brian states that from that moment he decided to pursue a career as a Sports Anchor.
When he was in high school, he got to kick-start his career in journalism by writing for his school newspaper and by reading the announcements at church. He is a proud graduate of Howard University located in Washington, D.C. It was during the spring semester of his senior year that Brian began as an intern at Comcast SportsNet. Shortly after graduation, he began his career at CSN as a production assistant.
Over the course of the decade, he worked his way up to being a digital sports reporter/producer/host and sideline reporter. He states that it is these experiences that led him to join WJXT-TV in Jacksonville, Florida in the month of June 2015 as a sports anchor/reporter. Asides from that, he also covered the Gators, Seminoles, Jaguars, and high school sports, and reported on hurricanes Matthew/Irma.
To that point, his primary focus was sports. He states that it is very important to have mentors in any career. He was also fortunate enough to have spoken with a couple of sports anchors that made the transition to anchoring a morning show. Jackson states that he feels his skill set and personality will make him a great fit with the Sunrise morning show team.
Away from work, he has volunteered with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North East Florida. Additionally, she loves to play flag football and tries to do some activities several times a week. Asides from that, he also loves DIY projects, throwing some food on the grill, and meeting new people.
