Since January 2023, she has worked as a part-time instructor for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Previously, she worked for WKBW in Buffalo as a sports multimedia journalist and producer for 2 years.

As a former college athlete, Aldridge genuinely appreciates what athletes sacrifice, making the everyday duties feel like a privilege rather than a job. She feels blessed to bring her enthusiasm and share the stories of the athletes in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. She is equally passionate about education as she is about sports.
