Coles serves as a traffic reporter and breaking news anchor at WPBF 25 News Mornings, alongside Mark Kelly, Erin Guy, and Sandra Shaw. In this role, she is in charge of tracking traffic and enclosing the morning coverages. Prior to joining WPBF 25, she worked at WBOC-TV where she served as a weekend anchor as well as a reporter from June 2017. Prior to that, she previously worked at NBC News where she served as host of The Today Show from May 2016 to August 2016 in New York.

Before that, she previously worked at MSNBC where she served as a new/Editorial Intern from January 2015 to May 2015. From May 2014 to August 2014, she worked at NBC News where she was an Intern. Whenever she is not working, she enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. She also enjoys following up on wellness, and health, as well as worshipping at church.
