Chad Sandwell is an American Meteorologist working at KFDM/Fox 4 in Beaumont, TX. He has been working for the station since July 2018.

Sandwell is a Meteorologist at KFDM/Fox 4. He is happy to be back in the Golden Triangle. This will be his second stop in the area, for those who may have forgotten. In the late 1990s, he worked as a meteorologist at KJAC in Port Arthur. Between 1999 to 2007, he and his wife made a couple of stops where they first went further south, which he didn’t think was possible.
They then moved to Harlingen, TX to become the Morning/Noon Meteorologist. They spent 8 years in Rio Grande Valley and then moved to the Upper Midwest. He worked at KMEG/KPTH-TV in Sioux City, IA where he was the Chief Meteorologist. After 11 years in Sioux City, he joined KFDM as he has a long and storied history that he is very familiar with, so when the opportunity to join the team arose, he joined.
