Chris Pinson is an American anchor and reporter known for having worked for WCJB TV20 as a weekend sports anchor and reporter a position he took up in January 2021. He joined the WCJB TV20 sports team in February 2020 and departed in December 2022. Before joining WCJB, she worked at FanStreamSports. He has been serving KOLR10, Ozarks FOX KRBK, and KOZL as a sports reporter, since leaving WCJB.
Since Pinson was a child, he has always been in love with debating, playing, announcing, and covering sports. In 2009, he joined the University of Central Florida where he graduated in 2012, with a degree in Broadcast/Journalism. He enjoys s meeting and interacting with the various players, coaches, and parents from the over 30 high schools TV20 covers.
He also enjoys being able to share the action with the North Central Florida audience from highlighting an outstanding student-athlete to the thrill of Friday Night Lights. In addition, during his free time, he enjoys golfing with his dad, lounging on the couch with his dogs as they listen to country or classic oldies music, and hanging out with friends.
