Chris Wragge is an American news anchor and reporter working at CBS 2 New York serving as the co-anchor of the CBS2 News This Morning and CBS2 News At Noon with Mary Calvi. He has been working for the station since joining in 2004.

Wragge serves as the co-anchor of the CBS2 News This Morning and CBS2 News At Noon with Mary Calvi. He was formerly on WCBS at 5 p.m. Oh, and 11 p.m. Broadcasts, when he switched to CBS’s The Early Show, where from January 2011 until January 6, 2012, when the program was replaced, he worked as morning co-anchor. On joining the station, he served as the station’s 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. sports anchor.
Wragge had also managed to enclose several stories that hit the headlines all across the states and beyond. Some of the stories include the “Miracle on the Hudson” landing of U.S. Airways Flight 1549 and the Brooklyn tornado. He also enclosed the 2008 presidential election and Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to New York. In addition to that, he also enclosed the East Side crane collapse, the rebuilding of the World Trade Center, the resignation of former Governor Eliot Spitzer, and the national recession.
Wragge has also managed to win several awards including 21 Emmy Awards, including three wins in the Best News Anchor category. Wragge previously worked at NBC Sports where she served as an anchor and reporter from January 2000 to April 2006. Prior to that, he worked on Entertainment Tonight where he served as a correspondent from June 1996 to July 1999.
