Aguayo works for WWTV as the main evening news anchor. She started seeing the world through a different lens while growing up on a farm in Colorado. She realized that everything and everyone has a story and a heart. She landed her first job at WABG in Greenville, Mississippi. While in Greenville, she broadcasted local high school, SWAC, GSC, and SEC sports. Her career continued in Indiana where she started as a weekend sports anchor. Swiftly, she received a promotion to sports director.

During her time in Indiana, Aguayo broadcasted The Indianapolis Colts, The Indiana Pacers, ECHL Hockey, The Big Ten, The Cincinnati Bengals, the NBA D-League Champion Mad Ants, and Minor League Baseball. She also focused on local community sports, particularly on the local boxing community. She exclusively broadcasted Robert Easter Jr’s journey to the IBF Lightweight World Champion.

Aguayo also broadcasted world champion Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis, four-time world champion Adrian Broner, and Rau’shee Warren. While in Ohio, she decided to switch to news. During her first-year stint at KVIA in El Paso, Texas, she broadcasted a Presidential visit, the Border Crisis of 2019, and everything in between. Her storytelling abilities and creativity shone when she worked on special reports.

After working in the news for a year, she received the chance to produce, host, and create a 30-minute political news program in Denver, Colorado for WeatherNation TV. In this role, she attained A-list political guests, developed the show’s idea, moderated on-air discussions, anchored the show, and was its executive producer. Following her time on the show, she decided to return to local TV where she could personally connect, and form bonds with the community she serves.
